Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bg341 (the "Platform") governing your use of the bg341 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and all related services accessible at bg341.org. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.

By registering an account on bg341, clicking any acceptance button, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand and agree to be bound by them; and (c) you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use bg341.

Eligibility Requirements

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bg341 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be verified to bg341's reasonable satisfaction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bg341 enforces this requirement strictly. Providing false information about your age to access the Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on bg341.
• You must use your own valid Bangladesh mobile number at registration. You may not register using another person's mobile number or using a number acquired for the sole purpose of creating a Platform account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bg341 or any game or payment technology provider supplying services to bg341. This restriction exists to prevent conflicts of interest.
• You must not already hold an active Account on bg341. Each person is permitted one Account only. If bg341 discovers that a Player holds or has held multiple Accounts, all such Accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.

Section 4

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on bg341, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register an Account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and acceptance of these Terms. bg341 will send a one-time verification SMS to your mobile number to confirm ownership before Account activation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bg341 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bg341 immediately via customer support.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or closure.
• You must not permit any other person to use your Account, including family members. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. bg341 implements automatic session timeouts for inactive sessions but this does not substitute for your personal responsibility to log out.
• You must update your Account information promptly if any of your personal details change. In particular, you must notify bg341 if your registered Bangladesh mobile number changes, as it is used for Account security and payment processing.

bg341 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the Account lifecycle. These checks may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of Bangladesh address, or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or withdrawal processing delays.

Section 5

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bg341 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bg341 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile wallet or card provider may apply their own charges — these are outside bg341's control and are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bg341 to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Players must have completed identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation may be required.
• Any active Bonus Funds balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal of real-money funds.
• bg341 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks in cases where the amount is unusually large, where account activity shows irregular patterns, or where verification requirements have not been fully met.

All transactions on bg341 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bg341 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via payment methods that process in a different currency may be subject to their provider's exchange rate.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bg341 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, and per device. bg341 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus where it suspects the offer has been claimed in bad faith, using multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
• bg341 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any Bonus Funds already credited and not yet subject to an active wagering requirement will be removed.
• Bonuses are not available to Players who have activated self-exclusion or deposit limit tools under the Responsible Gaming features of their Account.

bg341 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any time. The existence of a bonus on a previous visit does not create an entitlement to that bonus on a subsequent visit. Promotional calendars and bonus structures may change at any time.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

bg341 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. bg341 provides the following tools within Player Account settings to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. A temporary self-exclusion period lasts a minimum of 30 days. A permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. bg341 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded Players during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding them how long they have been playing in the current session.

bg341 takes its 21+ age restriction seriously. Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. bg341 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to void any bets or winnings associated with such conduct:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the Platform for the processing of illegal funds. bg341 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
• Collusion with other Players, manipulation of game outcomes, use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any conduct that bg341 reasonably considers to be an attempt to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct intended to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Platform infrastructure, including attempts to introduce malware, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorised access to backend systems.

Where bg341 determines that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, bg341 may, at its sole discretion: void affected bets and winnings; suspend or permanently close the Account; withhold and forfeit the Account balance; and take such further action as is appropriate in the circumstances, including referral to law enforcement authorities.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the bg341 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the property of bg341 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without bg341's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of bg341's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg341 excludes all liability for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage; (c) any loss arising from interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to circumstances beyond bg341's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, and third-party payment processing delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits bg341's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a limitation of liability is found to be unenforceable, that specific limitation shall be severed from these Terms and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Privacy and Data Protection

bg341 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data bg341 collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, how long it is retained, and how you can exercise your rights in relation to your data. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an Account.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

bg341 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. bg341 will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice of material changes by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with the Player's Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. Any bets placed and transactions completed before the effective date of an amendment will continue to be governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time of those transactions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bg341 operates.
